Sessions are a conversation in a calm and confidential setting where you have space to share what matters to you. The process unfolds at your own pace, without pressure or ready-made solutions.
This is individual and depends on the topic you bring and on your goals. Sometimes a few sessions are enough; in other cases the process takes more time.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes. Couples sessions are between 60 and 75 minutes.
Yes, sessions can also be held online, in the same protected and confidential setting.

You can request a session through the form on the site. I will contact you personally to arrange a convenient day and time.
That is completely natural. You don't need to formulate everything in advance — the conversation develops gradually.
Yes. Everything shared during sessions remains entirely confidential.
If a change is needed, please let me know at least a day in advance so we can find a new convenient time.
