I believe that every person is unique and deserves an approach that matches their essence — attentive, holistic and aligned with their personal rhythm and needs.
Psychologist & body-oriented psychotherapist
I believe the therapeutic process is a journey that begins with a single step — the decision to seek support.
Krasimira Koleva
I am Krasimira Koleva, a psychologist and body-oriented psychotherapist. I am guided by the conviction that the body and the psyche are two inseparably connected parts of us. I believe the body remembers, speaks and carries stories that the mind sometimes cannot express. The body holds our personal history — experiences, emotions and truths that often remain unspoken, yet not unlived.
In my practice I meet people who carry tension, anxiety, pain or a sense of disconnection — from themselves, from others, from life. And I know that behind each of these states stands a need — to be heard, to be seen, to be accepted. Our body speaks to us constantly — through symptoms, reactions, impulses — and when we begin to listen to it, a different process of healing and integration begins.
